Who we are
This site is run by Fire & Knives, Inc., Andover, MA 01810. Questions about this policy go to info@fireknives.com.
What this site collects
Only what you type into a form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your school or organization, your town, and your message. We use it to reply to you and, if you asked, to tell you when a class or the Games open. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside Fire & Knives except the services that deliver our email and store our form responses.
If you nominate someone for the franchise waitlist, we hold their name and community only so we can send you an invitation to forward. We do not contact them. If they raise their own hand, their information starts fresh with them.
Children
This site does not collect information from children, and no form on it is meant for a child to fill in. Enrollment, waivers, and any information about a child are collected separately from a parent or legal guardian, with their consent, through the enrollment process and never through this site's public forms. If you believe a child has submitted information here, email us and we will delete it.
Tracking
No advertising pixels, no social-media trackers, and no behavioral advertising on any page. Videos load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced player only when you press play. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and form submissions, including visits from the QR code on our printed flyer, so we know what is working. It does not follow you across other sites and it does not identify you to us by name.
Your choices
Email us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Every Club email carries an unsubscribe link.
